Dr. Ronia Baker
Dr. Ronia Baker grew up in Tampa, Florida. She has an undergraduate degree in Chemistry from the University of South Florida and attended Howard University where she completed comprehensive as well as cosmetic dentistry courses and graduated with an advanced dental degree. She has extensive studies and experience in many aspects of dentistry, including dental implants, endodontic treatments, orthodontics, and gum treatments. Dr. Baker is also a certified Invisalign and Six Month Smiles® provider.
Dr. Baker is very active in the community and is dedicated to improving oral health care for her patients. Dr. Baker also devotes much of her time to ongoing education in the dental field. She holds dental licenses in Florida, Maryland, and Washington D.C. Dr. Baker has honorary awards in comprehensive oral diagnosis and endodontics (root canals).

Dr. Amira Ogunleye
Dr. Amira Ogunleye completed an accelerated Combined Education Program (B.S/D.D.S) at Howard University, enabling her to complete her B.S. in two years followed by the traditional four years of comprehensive dental courses to receive her doctoral degree. She is currently the youngest dental graduate of Howard University with extensive training in preventative, general and cosmetic dentistry.
Dr. Amira Ogunleye is a "Four Star" Six Month Smiles® provider, Invisalign certified and has a primary focus on dental cosmetics: orthodontics, veneers, porcelain crowns. She is very involved in many community programs as well as the preferred dentist of professional athletes in both football and basketball. She has honorary awards in Dental Research recognized by the Washington D.C Dental Society, the New York Dental Society and the American Dental Association.
Dr. Ogunleye continues to learn innovative techniques available in today's dentistry to emphasize her devotion to her patients and profession. She combines her medical background with an artistic eye to give the highest quality of personal care to all her patients.

Dr. Michael Bailey
Dr. Michael W. Bailey was born in England and grew up in the Island of Barbados. He received a B.S Degree in Microbiology from the University of Georgia and his Dental degree from the Medical College of Georgia. Upon graduation, Dr. Bailey completed a 1 year residency in Advance General Dentistry in the U.S Air force at Sheppard AFB, TX. He served 8 years as a dental officer. His last assignment was at Patrick AFB in Cocoa Beach, Fl.
He is a Pre-fellow in the Academy of General Dentistry with over 1000 hours of continuing education credit and successfully completed 400 conscious sedation cases without incident. Dr. Bailey is certified by DOCS (Dental Organization of Conscious Sedation). Dr. Bailey is also a certified graduate of the Las Vegas Institute of Advance Dental Studies, the world-renowned post graduate dental learning institution, to perform Cosmetic Extreme Make-Overs.
As a general dentist, Dr. Bailey practices almost all facets of dentistry. His practice philosophy is that through comprehensive evaluation, diagnosis, treatment and prevention, he can help his patients achieve and maintain optimum dental health and function over a lifetime. He and his staff believe gentle, painless dental care is not just a possibility, but also a reality. Dr. Bailey is an avid outdoors-man and family man. He plays tennis and golf, and he is a certified advance open water scuba diver. He enjoys spending his free time with his two children, Ayianna and Alexander.
